“Aeroplane”, design side table, is a realization by German designer, Andreas Berlin.
What’s particular about his work resides in the use of different elements or vintage objects found in Berliner antique shops. Once objects are selected, Andreas assembles these various vases and decorative items in order to obtain a full piece. In this case a table base or a shelf structure. Sometimes it takes him more than a hundred objects for an elegant and balanced final composition. Andreas Berlin thereafter reinforces his composition and finishes off by placing a plank of Plexiglass or aluminum to give him his utilitarian character.
