Barva 4 Vase by Pani Jurek (yellow/violet)

Polish artist and designer Magdalena Jurek, known as Pani Jurek, signs this vase collection entitled ‘Barva’. The Barva vase collection combines abstract geometric lines with organic forms. It’s reminiscent of the TRN pendant lamps by the same artist, whose world is both playful and colorful. Besides, the collection’s name – BARVA – means color in Czech. Pani Jurek uses the language of painting to make her vases convey her artistic vision through their vivid hues and contrasts. Their textures and undulating lines give them a unique look and make them expressive pieces.

The vases are offered in a limited series of colors. The handmade glazing and engobing process allow the development of surprising colors and subtle tonal transitions.

Designed as both interactive everyday objects and decorative pieces, BARVA vases offer numerous possibilities. They can be placed together or separately, with or without plants, as independent abstract compositions. They can also be hung on the wall, using hooks, to form a special decorative relief.
