Description

Enso Pendant Light / 120 by MOTARASU

The Enso pendant light, made of wood and Japanese washi paper, is a creation by designer Lars Vejen for MOTARASU.

When Japan meets Denmark

Inspired by traditional Japanese woodworking techniques, Enso embodies the masterful combination of artisanal heritage and contemporary innovation. Each pendant lamp is assembled entirely by hand, using demanding techniques where precision guarantees the accuracy of the lines.

Its shade, made from Japanese washi paper, renowned for its finesse and strength, diffuses a subtle, enveloping light. Delicately filtered, it unfolds like a luminous veil, creating a warm, cozy, and deeply soothing atmosphere.

The solid oak structure, crafted using traditional assembly techniques with no visible screws, reveals a construction that is both rigorous and refined. Discreet integrated magnets allow the pendant light to be opened for easy maintenance, while preserving the formal integrity and aesthetic purity of the whole.

Above a dining table, kitchen island, or large restaurant table, Enso asserts a structuring presence without ever imposing itself. It composes the space with balance, bringing coherence, serenity, and a unique luminous signature.

Dimensions: W. 20 cm / H. 20 cm / L. 120 cm
