Enso Table Lamp by MOTARASU

The Enso table lamp, made of wood and Japanese washi paper, is a creation by designer Lars Vejen for MOTARASU.

The art of Japandi

Based on the iconic pendant lamp, the Enso table lamp extends the spirit of the collection in a more intimate format. Faithful to traditional Japanese assembly principles, it embodies demanding craftsmanship, where the precision of the woodwork reveals the nobility of the materials.

Its lampshade revisits the Japanese lantern in a contemporary interpretation. Made from specially treated Japanese washi paper, which is both resistant and delicate, it diffuses a soft, even light. The light spreads subtly, creating a cozy and soothing atmosphere.

The solid oak structure, assembled using traditional techniques with no visible fixings, holds the lampshade in place with precision and balance.

Placed on a table, shelf, window sill, kitchen island, or in a professional environment, the Enso table lamp brings a subtle luminous presence. It punctuates the space with serenity, while retaining the aesthetic and artisanal signature of the collection.
