Created by the German designer for Linteloo, the Charles coffee table straddles the line between furniture and sculpture. With its organic forms, its appearance that seems almost weathered by time, and its commanding presence, it brings texture, character and depth to a contemporary interior.
More than just a designer coffee table, Charles is a real eye-catcher. Its irregular shape, soft curves and almost mineral-like appearance create a subtle dialogue with its surroundings. Placed at the centre of a living room, it naturally becomes a focal point, as functional as it is aesthetic.

A work of Craftsmanship

What sets Charles apart is its manufacturing process. Each piece begins with a clay mould, hand-modelled by a craftsman before being cast in metal. This process gives each coffee table unique nuances in shape, texture and finish.
Slight irregularities, surface marks and traces of the craftsman’s touch are deliberately left visible. They bear witness to the manufacturing process and the work that goes into each piece. Charles celebrates authenticity, material and character. Each table thus becomes a unique piece, rich in details that are revealed over time.

Available in several sizes and metal finishes, it fits just as well into a minimalist interior as it does in a warmer or more architectural setting.
